My New T-Shirt

Ryan wanted to show off his new t-shirt this morning! When he was born, his Aunt Alissa gave him this shirt from her hospital, Cardinal Glennon. He has been waiting patiently to grow into the size 6 month t-shirt and this morning, it fits! As you can see he is very proud to be showing off his new t-shirt from his aunt! Thanks Aunt Alissa!

Weekend Trip

This past weekend I had my annual scrapbook crop with my girlfriends. Marc, Ryan and I went to Bloomington for the weekend. I spend Saturday and Sunday scrapbooking with my girlfriends, while Marc and Ryan hung out with mom and dad. I had a great time with my girlfriends and Ryan had a great time with his Nana and Poppa!

Family Time

Just wanted to post some pictures of our families. We have the Grant Family acting goofy at Thanksgiving and the O'Neal Family on Valentine's Day! The cousins were able to get together and play a bit. Here you can see Ryan (3 months) and Joaquin (8 months) checking one another out.

Tummy Time & a New Milestone!

Over the past couple of weeks Ryan has improved his tummy time abilities. He doesn't mind being on his tummy as much and is doing a great job holding his head up. He has also been praciticing rolling over from his tummy to his back. I realize he has not quite mastered this skill as he rolls over just because he becomes so irritated from being on his tummy, as you can see in the video below. And, when he gets to his back he has the most surprised look on his face, as if to say, "How did I get here?" and he begins his kicking routine right away.

Chillin' In My Groovies!

Ryan's Nana gave him a pair of sunglasses at one of her recent visits. She affectionately calls the sunglasses his "groovies" and we really like that term. Ryan loves wearing his groovies on all errands and walks around the neighborhood to keep the sun out of his eyes.
